Common engagements involve board and executive alignment, founder transition, fundraising ownership, growth readiness, organizational systems, and uncertainty about what should happen next.
Do you provide standard consulting packages?
No: Every engagement begins by understanding what is actually happening before deciding what kind of support would be useful. You can’t rubber stamp it.
Where are you based?
I am based in Durham, North Carolina, and can work with organizations locally or remotely.
Do you speak or help with retreats?
Yes. I am available for board retreats, facilitated conversations, conference speaking, teaching, moderation, and other settings where organizations need honest, productive dialogue.
